Distance Learning / Correspondence Courses

The vision of Hope Community Trust is to equip men and women with a knowledge and understanding of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, enabling them to fulfill the will of God for their lives. Courses are designed to give Christians an opportunity to study a range of subjects both at the school and in their own home.

Correspondence Courses

Correspondence courses are available at three levels, Foundation / Intermediate / Advanced. Each course comes as a 'course booklet' which contains all the basic notes, together with homework studies that can be completed at the student's own speed. The majority will complete a full two part course in six months. Students can bring to the studies as much or as little as they wish. The project titles are designed with a range of abilities in mind. For the student with little study experience, the studies can be used in a simple way. The more advanced student can use other sources to complete the work and direct their own learning. Studies can be completed as a whole and then returned, or completed and returned section by section.

Studies are marked and returned to students. Whilst email is acceptable for questions and answers it is preferred is studies are posted as a hard copy for marking rather than sent by email. This is due to problems at times downloading or being able to open lengthy documents from various different programmes.
