Foundation Course

The Foundation course is designed for those who desire to grasp the principles of the Christian Life and grow in their personal relationship with God.

Course 101. The Word of God / Salvation and Redemption / Faith / Discipleship

This course looks at the place and importance of 'The Word of God'. It examines its value in life today, its historic, scientific and prophetic accuracy and how it can be used as a tool for living. The course looks also at the fundamental principles of 'Salvation and Redemption' and how they work practically in a persons life. The subject of 'Faith' is also explored and how it works and effects our lives. Included is a look at some of the current trends of faith found in the Church as a whole. The subject of 'Discipleship and its Meaning for the Believer' are covered in some depth, with particular emphasis on what it means to be a disciple of Jesus Christ in daily life.

Course 102. The Ministry of Jesus / Prayer / Baptism and Gifts of the Holy Spirit

This course takes a look at some aspects of Jesus' ministry. It looks at how he worked with people, how he dealt with sickness and the demonic and how he dealt with the needs he was surrounded by. 'Prayer' is a deep and lengthy subject, but the emphasis for the young Christian is on the establishing of a strong and practical, lifestyle of prayer. The subject of the 'Baptism and Gifts of the Holy Spirit' considers their application for today and some of the errors and deceptions encountered today.
